Shiftly is a B2B shift-management platform designed to help hourly student workers and restaurants schedule, swap, and manage shifts more efficiently. The goal of the project was to reduce scheduling friction and provide an easier way to find part-time job opportunities by creating a clear and intuitive user experience.
[1] Problem
Missed Part-time opportunity
College students struggle to find part time jobs that align with their busy schedules while restaurants struggle to find employees with no digital platforms for support. This disconnect eventually presents a market opportunity for Shiftly.
We started designing the skeleton of our product with three main changes: Home, Discover, Profile, and Community pages.
[4] High Fidelity Frames
