CONTEXT
Designing the second MVP incorporating The GEAR's values
When I first joined The GEAR, the first MVP already had the basic flow of the innovation portal, achieving the mission of connecting startups to other sub companies of Kajima Corporation over the world.
I was tasked to design a second MVP by improving the UI quality but add additional features to the innovation portal
Improved UI
Redesigned the screens by incorporating existing brand guidelines and improved user interface screens.
Privacy Feature
Designed a new feature for a internal design tool used across The GEAR, only restricting them to add edit the dashboard

REFLECTION
What I learned
Designing for a startup within a larger organization showed me how clear workflows and well-chosen information can turn a complex service into something people trust.
01
Clear journeys for different users
There was a no clear user journey for both an external partner of internal partner of Kajima. We had to make sure there was a clear user flow and experience for both external and internal partner
02
Credibility had to be visually shown
The startups The GEAR has worked with clearly shows on the platform, but lacks the credibility. I created features such as featured articles and growth results of these startups to show credibility.
